On the Road

Tomorrow I depart for what will certainly be the summer of my life. Myself and four of my friends are heading down to Manchester Tennessee for a three day music festival called Bonnaroo. Dave Matthews Band and Jack Johnson are headlining along with an almost endless lineup of steller bands including Iron and Wine, Modest Mouse, Wide Spread Panic, The Mars Volta and John Butler Trio to name a few. Obviously I'm looking forward to the concert, but more than that I'm looking forward to the drive down; three days of camping on the way there and three days of camping on the way back, not to mention an awesome road trip through Canada and the eastern United States.

The Madness does not stop their my friends. Upon my return two weeks from now I'll be scrambling to get ready for my next big trip-- Europe. Three days after I return from Bonnaroo Lauren and I will be hopping on a plane bound for London. While we have already purchase tickets in and out of London plans are still in the works for destinations within Europe but they will likely include visits to Hungary, Austria, Italy, France and possibly Greece. The thought of this trip makes me more excited than ever.

Anyways I can't believe I'm cutting this short, especially while I still have so much to say. I know that this blog has been rather neglected over the past few months but I'll try my best to keep it up to date over the next few months as I'm certain I'll have my interesting stories and adventures to tell. For now, wish me luck.
